Egg Free French Toast

Egg free french toast- make with soy or rice milk for dairy free meal.

Dip whole-wheat bread in a mix of food processor blended cashews, milk, and finely chopped dates (use a low processor setting).

Serve with honey, fruit preserves, maple syrup and butter or margarine.

Add fresh fruit for a complete meal.

Garnish with fruit for more complete nutrition.

Tips and Tricks:

  • Substitute water, rice milk, or soy milk for milk – for those on dairy free diets.
  • Serve with honey, fruit preserves or maple syrup only for those who do not use butter or margarine.
