Cream Cheese is Good for Fish

Cream cheese is one of the best friends a fish ever had.

Cooks can use it as a stretcher to combine with any kind of flaked fish to make a sandwich spread.  Use cream cheese as a flavor-tamer to tone down fish, such as sardines and anchovies, or any of the smoked fish, whose smoked flavor may be too strong  for your taste.  Spread creamed cheese onto bread for fish sandwiches or melt it in milk, season well to taste, and use to sauce almost any fish.
