Teenagers like to eat and have their friends over.  When they are hungry they want to eat NOW!  So it will pay to have the ingredients on hand for those last minute snacks that are nutritious and satisfying plus give off a friendly festive  presentation- quick, fast and in a hurry!

Ingredients:

Tofu

Vegetible salsa

Corn or flour tortilla

Tortilla Chips (optional)

salt

Preparation:

Stir fry tofu, in a skillet or wok, with vegetable salsa and serve with warm tortilla or bagged tortilla chips.  Wrap up the tortilla for your guests or let the teens do it themselves!

Tips and Tricks:

This is a great dish to serve during sporting events, picnics, bridge games, movie night, etc.

Add sour cream on the side.

Offer sliced jalepeno peppers on the side.

Use mild salsa and let others add jalepeno or hot sauce to increase heat to taste.
