Do you think there is any validity in lawyer’s advocating alternative healthcare. I am a prospective 1L and I am just wanting to know if you think there is any justice left in the system…

Yes, I think there is validity and obligation for lawyers to advocate whatever they are knowledgeable about and believe in…like anybody else.
If you are entering the legal system for the right reasons you will be an asset to a system that is as broken as the others. If not, you will just be adding to the problem.
I left the practice of law for personal reasons involving other responsibilities and matters of self awareness that practicing for many years ultimately helped bring to my attention.
Good luck. The first year is the hardest!

I loved your article on ‘heirloom seeds’ and will return often to your blog. You write with such passion on genetic diversity that I am hoping you will expand on this topic and become a world-leader on this single aspect.
Are you really one person doing all these wonderful things or do you have wonderful help?

I am one person…a bit of a workaholic and over achiever, no? I appreciate your positive and supportive feedback. It puts air under my wings. I feel as strongly about this issue as you. Thank you for writing to me. Cheers!
